On the Team plan, do we pay while machines are paused?
No. Team billing is usage-based — idle VMs cost €0. Machines suspend to RAM and then hibernate to disk when dormant, and resume in sub-millisecond / ~85ms when traffic arrives. You pay only for active compute.
